By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any of App2046 software applications or services (the "Products"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Products.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our Products following any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. License and Use

App2046 grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Products for your personal or business use in accordance with these Terms.

For Paid Products: Your purchase provides a license for use according to the license type acquired:

  • Single User License: Grants one user the right to install and use the Product on multiple devices that they personally own and use.
  • Family License: Allows installation and use on devices owned by family members living in the same household.
  • Business License: Permits a specified number of users within the same organization to use the Product.

For Free Products: You may use these Products at no cost for both personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Products
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Products
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
  • Rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer the Products or your license rights
  • Use the Products for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
  • Exploit the Products in any unauthorized way, including by trespass or burdening network capacity

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Products, including all intellectual property rights, remain with App2046 and its licensors. This agreement does not grant you any rights to patents, copyrights, trade secrets, trade names, trademarks, or any other rights in respect to the Products.

5. Privacy

Your use of our Products is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.

6. Third-Party Services and Content

Our Products may integrate with or allow access to third-party services or content. We are not responsible for any third-party services or content, and your use of any third-party services or content is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

App2046 does not warrant that the functions contained in the Products will meet your requirements or that the operation of the Products will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL APP2046 BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCTS, EVEN IF APP2046 HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Products and destroy all copies.

10. Export Regulations

The Products may be subject to export laws and regulations. You agree to comply with all applicable international and national laws that apply to the Products.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
